Alongside Sarah, we have our extremely helpful Clinic Manager Louise. She is your first point of contact and will be the friendly face you meet on arrival to the clinic and the voice over the phone when you contact us. 

Louise is the Clinic Manager for Allure Touches and By Allure Touches retail part time. She is a mother to a beautiful girl aged nearly 3 years old, has a wonderful husband who she married in 2023. Alongside her professional role she is a carer for her beloved Nan, a responsibility she cherishes deeply. She finds so much joy going on holidays with her family & doing lots of travelling.

Katy is also a highly experienced therapist in all aspects of beauty with a speciality in all in things brows including lamination, Henna, Wax and Tint with keen interest in facial mapping. Katy started her beauty career back in 2008, where she studied beauty level 3 and Make up artistry level 3.

Katy’s extensive experience comes from her various roles in Spas, salons and inhouse counters along with many years of being self employed. Katy has also added Semi Perm Makeup to her talented bow and also offers Lip Blush and Pixel shaded brows along with tattoo removal.

When Katy isn’t an all round super star at the clinic, she is spending time with her loved ones and 2 dogs. She loves the countryside and going for long walks, crystals, cups of tea, podcasts and holidays to highlands.
