BOOKING FEE
- All Cosmetic Tattooing appointments are to be secured with a non refundable £50 booking fee.
- Should you need to rearrange, you are required to contact us via email or call. This must be done up to 48 HOURS in advance of your appointment (must be within clinic hours to give us a chance to refill the appointment), your booking fee will be transferable to your next appointment.
- If you fail to advise less than 48 hours of your appointment your deposit will be lost.
- In cases of a no show your deposit will be lost and you will be required to make payment for your treatment in advance.
- We will of course be understanding in instances of personal circumstances.
MEDICAL HISTORY/ALLERGIES
- Please advise on booking if you are taking any medication, have any allergies or any health concerns that could hinder your appointment going ahead on the day and your booking fee lost. We offer a patch testing service available to everyone.
- On arrival to the clinic you will be asked to fill in a medical history form including information on any medication and health problems. It is important that all questions asked are answered honestly to ensure treatment can commence on the day.
